Vix Brown
As FarmSTAND’s Digital Communications Associate, Vix is responsible for day-to-day communications management and for using online channels to connect FarmSTAND with its supporters and partners. Their interest in digital advocacy began with extensive involvement in national and local branches of the Sunrise Movement, a youth led climate justice organization.
Before joining FarmSTAND, Vix worked at TuttleCo, a digital communications consulting firm for nonprofits, where they provided digital strategy and content services to a variety of organizations, including the Gender Liberation Movement, Lambda Legal, and Native Americans in Philanthropy. In their free time, Vix enjoys reading, baking, and playing with their cat, Alphy.
